I’ve always been a bit of a night owl, and it’s not uncommon for me to go to the roof in the wee morning hours, camera and tripod in hand, to see what I can see.  It makes my family a bit crazy, but they tolerate my eccentricities.

This just about perfect rose caught my attention and I set up for photos.  They’re a bit grainy because of the setting, but it’s made for a very interesting result.  I can’t wait to have the opportunity to try this again with a slightly different setup to see what I might accomplish.
